You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activities under your account. TurdQuest accounts are shared with other motes.org and Hoofprint Games properties — the same credentials work across The5, Herdle, and TurdQuest.

3. Acceptable Use

• No cheating, score manipulation, or automated bots.
• No harassment or hate speech toward other players.
• Do not attempt to access or modify other users' accounts or data.

4. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of your username and profile information. By registering, you grant us a license to display your username and game statistics on the site and its leaderboards.

5. Disclaimers

TurdQuest is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these terms, at our discretion.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted here with a new effective date.
